Setting expectations for participation, respect, and academic honesty inside the EventNexus ecosystem.
All users—students, HODs, faculty members, and coordinators—are entitled to a safe, welcoming, and harassment-free environment. Discriminatory comments, threats, or demeaning behavior in club discussions, team groups, or event logistics will not be tolerated.
Academics and extracurricular events must reflect honest effort. Cheating, creating multiple dummy registrations, or claiming points for events you did not attend constitutes a breach of student ethics and will result in point adjustments and possible system bans.
Club chairpersons and faculty coordinators must review and host events in a professional, fair, and orderly manner. Registrations, capacity limits, and team assignments must be transparently managed without personal bias or favoritism.
If you encounter violations of this Code of Conduct, you can log reports via the user dashboards or email details directly to gehuevent@gmail.com. Portal admins will investigate and take appropriate actions, which may include warnings, temporary bans, or reporting details to the university administration.
