Terms of Service

1. Account Integrity

Students access EventNexus using their authorized credentials. You are responsible for preserving log-in confidentiality and preventing unauthorized dashboard actions. Sharing accounts or exploiting others' accounts is strictly prohibited.

2. Event Registrations & Certification

Event sign-ups are personal and non-transferable. Points and certificates are awarded based on verified event attendance. Attempting to bypass attendance tracking, spoof QR codes, or falsify team participation will result in immediate disqualification and academic review.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not misuse the platform by:

• Injecting malicious software, scripts, or overloading portal APIs.
• Uploading false or inappropriate event reports, club reviews, or requests.
• Harassing or misrepresenting student designations.

4. Service Availability

EventNexus reserves the right to modify or temporarily suspend system access for maintenance, updates, or emergency security patches. The administration holds final authority over all points balances and event approvals.
