We pull academic and registration details including Student ID, University Roll Number, Class Roll Number, Course, Department, Year, and Contact Details. We do not store financial credentials or sensitive personal information outside official records.

  • Authorize log-ins and determine dashboard roles (Student, Faculty, HOD, Admin).
  • Maintain accurate event registrations, team check-ins, and activity point scoreboards.
  • Issue verified digital event certificates.
  • Facilitate departmental monitoring of student extracurricular involvement.

3. Data Protection & Sharing

We employ modern encryption protocols to shield data in transit and at rest. Student profiles are visible only to the students themselves, their respective HODs, event organizers, and portal administrators. We never lease, trade, or share user data with third-party advertisers.
